We’re here Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Although we don’t work or schedule estimators over the weekend, we promptly follow up on any website forms or calls received during that time.

We prefer a day’s notice for estimate cancellations, as we plan our weeks well in advance. While work cancellations can be more complex, especially after a deposit has been made, we retain the deposit to cover initial costs. We understand unexpected circumstances and are open to discussing rescheduling if needed.

While we prefer card payments for accurate material cost tracking, we’re flexible and accept checks and cash. Payment is required upon job completion.
